Compact and lighter weight, 32 mm aperture, but still pure NL Pure

Insane! That’s the first thing we thought when we first got our hands on the new Swarovski NL Pure 8×32. Where we thought the EL could not be improved, it has been with NL Pure. Incredibly bright, sharp and contrasty: with many small improvements, Swarovski still managed to improve their best binoculars.

External improvements over the EL series

The appearance has been modified, resulting in curves in both optic tubes. Because of these curves, the grip is as natural as can be. The bridge, which had been split, so to speak, in the EL series, is now in one piece. This does make the appearance a bit more robust, but this provides more stability when observing. The focus knob has gained a little more grip due to the larger ridges. Also, Swarovski has provided the NL Pure with a new bag with a pocket inside. The belt connection has remained the same as with the EL, which in itself is a fine solution. In addition, the belt can no longer be easily loosened.

Easily adjust the diopter setting

A major difference from the EL binoculars is the diopter adjustment for the right eye. This is no longer under the focus knob, but is now separate. What most people do when they look at the diopter setting is to take the viewer off their face and then look at where it is set. Now Swarovski has done that cleverly; as soon as you remove the viewer from your face and move your finger to the button, you almost automatically turn the binoculars to the bottom where the numbers of the diopter setting are nicely displayed.
